There are plenty of sunsets to choose from throughout the year. The cold, blue tinged winter ones...through to the cloud covered orange and pink of the summer. Each year I remember one sunset in particular and last nights was the one.
This involved a quick dash (aren't they always) down to Brooklands, where the still water gave me the most gorgeous reflections. I thought I'd only see reflections like this in the lakes of Jasper national park or Scottish Highlands...but there I was on the lowly south coast of England seeing this! Yes the surrounding scenery wasn't as stunning but my word was it amazing!
Below is the other photo I picked out from the evenings shoot. Not as breathtaking, but equally as beautiful.
